| 1. | Check In time at 3.00pm onwards. (Early Check In's on request only). |
| 2. | Check Out time STRICTLY at 12.00noon. |
| 3 | In the event of cancellations (more than 72 Hours), there is no cancellation charge except that once booking is confirmed a 3.0% Credit Card. Processing Fee charge of the total amount will be imposed if cancellation is notified to us accordingly. |
| 4. | Booking will be release automatically after 6.00pm and deposit paid will be forfeited, unless full payment received for guaranteed bookings. |
| 5. | Payment shall be made by CASH or CREDIT CARD, and we currently accept VISA & MASTERCARD. |
| 6. | CREDIT CARD number is required to secure the reservations. |
| 7. | Guests shall complied to the Rules & Regulations of Ornaresort. |
